I am a current member of the Conroe Music Teacher's Association, so I have access to providing my students with opportunities to perform in festivals, competitions, and more.
Masterclasses
Periodically, performance and critique weeks will be offered that give the students the opportunity to hone their performance skills and receive feedback on how they can improve as a musician. These classes are usually coupled with composer spotlights and snacks - a real win in the student's eyes!
Christmas and Spring Recitals
Part of this musical journey is to give the gift of music! The studio offers two different recital opportunities each year:
Christmas Recital
This recital is a non-formal recital that is coupled together with a Christmas party and is solely for the students. The recital is comprised of student performances and a Christmas party with food and games - a student highlight of the year!
Spring Recital
This recital is the formal end-of-the-year recital for the students to present solo works for their families and invited guests as well as receive awards. A reception follows the recital. The fee for this recital is $15 per student.
Mini Musicians Prodigy Classes
This class offers preschoolers (4-5yo) the experience and thrill of learning to play music, sing on pitch, play actual songs on bells, understand rhythm and so much more! In this fun, high energy environment, the young students will gain growing skills that will last them a lifetime! With a cap of 6 kids per class, these students will love time with friends and all the amazing things they will learn.
I use the Prodigies music program for the basis of this class. Tuition is listed on the Studio Policy page.
Theory and Music Writing Classes

Summer Camps
Every summer is filled with amazing musical opportunities!
Music Olympic Camp - outdoor camp filled with musical games and obstacles that may or may not involve a lot of water balloons!
Music of the World Camp - indoor/outdoor camp that introduces kids to a new culture each day with lap books and instrument making.
Music of the USA Camp - indoor/outdoor camp that travels the US in search of our country's leading composers and musical culture.
Book Blaster Camp - indoor camp that skyrockets a student through close to a full set of method books in a week.
